1. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If the eSIM cannot be activated or used due to a verified technical issue originating from our network or the local provider.

  • Inventory Error: In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the QR code for your purchased plan.

  • Unexposed QR Code: If you purchased a plan by mistake and the QR code has not been sent to you or viewed (applicable only if delivery was delayed or failed).

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Device Incompatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. Please use our Compatible Devices Check tool before buying.

  • Incorrect Information: If the customer provided an incorrect email address during checkout.

  • Change of Mind: Once the QR code has been delivered via email, the product is considered "consumed" and cannot be returned.

  • Plan Expiration: If the plan was not activated within the "Pre-Activation" window (typically 180 days) or has expired after use.

  • Data Already Used: Once any amount of data has been consumed from the plan.

3. Troubleshooting Requirement

Before a refund is processed for a "technical issue," the customer must contact our support team at esimworldclient@gmail.com and allow us to troubleshoot the problem.

  • We may require screenshots of your device's cellular settings to verify the error.

  • If we cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours of being notified, and the fault is on our side, a full refund will be issued.
